When someone wants to leave LanderLab, the first screen shows what they will lose, and offers two softer ways out: pause the plan for a month, or move to the cheaper Launch plan. Keeping the plan is the blue button, but cancelling is still one click away.
If they still want to go, the second screen asks why. One tap picks a reason, and one question asks if a discount would change their mind. These answers tell the team what to fix. The last screen says the plan is cancelled and when it really ends.
